Terms and Conditions:

Booking Confirmation - No agreement is formed between Wolf Kin and a customer until a booking has been accepted and processed, and a booking confirmation email has been sent by Wolf Kin to the customer.

Payment – Payment for courses is to be made at the time of booking online. 

​

Refunds – Refunds and exchanges are not given for change of mind with goods and fashion items. A refund or exchange will be given only if the item is proven to be faulty.

 

Please note, we do not provide refunds for customer cancellation of a lesson booking, but bookings can be rescheduled if contact is made with the Director of Wolf Kin at least 24 hrs prior to the start of the booked session.

Rescheduling of the session is dependent on availability of a space in another session of the same course. If no session space is available, the amount paid may be used as credit against another course or service offered by Wolf Kin, to be used within 6 months of the cancellation date or else it expires and is voided. If a course is cancelled by Wolf Kin, booking payments will be refunded to the customer.

Gift Vouchers – Gift vouchers can be arranged in discussion with the Director of Wolf Kin and have an expiry date of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Intellectual Property – All written content of this website is the intellectual property of, and owned by, Wolf Kin and is not to be copied, reproduced, shared, used, or appropriated without permission from the owners of Wolf Kin. All materials produced for classes and given to students are the intellectual property of and owned by Wolf Kin and are not to be copied, reproduced, shared, used, or appropriated without permission from the owners of Wolf Kin.

Photographs and images – All photographs on this website are used with permission of the owners.

Accuracy of information – Wolf Kin is not liable for the accuracy of information on this website.

 

Dispute Resolution – complaints are to be forwarded in writing to the Director of Wolf Kin in hard copy or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Ombudsman will be contacted, and mediation or legal processes may be initiated.

Jurisdiction – Wolf Kin is under the legal jurisdiction of Western Australia and our terms and conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If there is a legal dispute, it will be started in the courts of Western Australia.

Customer information – personal information obtained by Wolf Kin will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
